1. General Overview

1. These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the sale, installation, and servicing of all blinds, shades, and window treatments provided by Arizona Blinds Company. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Order Process

2.1 Quotes and Estimates: All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and a 50% deposit.
2.3 Customization: All products are custom-made to your specifications. Please verify all measurements, colors, and styles at the time of order confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 A 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement. The remaining balance is due upon installation or delivery.
3.2 Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, checks, and cash. Cards are subject to a 3.5% transaction fee. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

4. Cancellation and Changes

4.1 Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After 24 hours, cancellations will incur a 30% restocking fee.
4.2 Changes to Orders: Changes to the order are allowed within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, additional charges may apply depending on the status of production.

5. Installation Terms

5.1 Preparation: Customers must ensure the installation area is accessible and free of obstacles before the scheduled installation date.
5.2 Delays: Installation delays caused by the customer will be rescheduled at the next available time slot and may incur additional charges.
5.3 Damage: Arizona Blinds Company is not responsible for damage to the property resulting from pre-existing conditions.

6. Warranty

6.1 Product Warranty: All blinds and shades are covered by a limited warranty of 10 years against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper maintenance.
6.2 Installation Warranty: Installation is guaranteed for a period of 12 months. If issues arise due to installation errors, we will address them at no additional cost within this period.
6.3 Exclusions: The warranty does not cover fading, discoloration, or damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions, such as excessive heat or moisture.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Custom Products: Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not available after production has commenced.
7.2 Defective Products: Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion within the warranty period.

8. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 30% applies to orders canceled after production has started or to returns of non-customized, non-installed products.

9. Liability

9.1 Arizona Blinds Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9.2 Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the product or service provided.

10. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and handle your personal information in compliance with applicable laws. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through mediation or arbitration and can be sent to [email protected].

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Arizona.
