1. General Overview
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the sale, installation, and servicing of blinds, shades, and window treatments provided by Arizona Blinds Company. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Order Process
2.1 Quotes and Estimates: All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and a 50% deposit.
2.3 Customization: All products are custom-made to your specifications. Please verify all measurements, colors, and styles at the time of order confirmation.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 A 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement. The remaining balance is due upon installation or delivery.
3.2 Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, checks, and cash. Cards are subject to a 3.5% transaction fee. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.
4. Cancellation and Changes
4.1 Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) of placement by contacting us. After this period, cancellations are not accepted due to the custom nature of our products.
4.2 Changes to Orders
Changes are allowed but may incur restocking fees based on production status (e.g., materials ordered or cutting begun). Contact us to discuss options and costs. Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days. If you have concerns about your cancellation, contact us. If we can’t resolve it, see section 10 for dispute resolution.
4.3 Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds apply only to defective products covered by warranty (see section 6). If a product is defective, contact us to initiate a claim. We’ll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion after inspection. Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days. For issues with this process, contact us. If unresolved, see section 10 for dispute resolution.
5. Installation Terms
5.1 Preparation: Customers must ensure the installation area is accessible and free of obstacles before the scheduled installation date.
5.2 Delays: Installation delays caused by the customer will be rescheduled at the next available time slot and may incur additional charges.
5.3 Damage: Arizona Blinds Company is not responsible for damage to the property resulting from pre-existing conditions.
6. Warranty
Product Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects for 10 years. Excludes normal wear, misuse, or extreme conditions.
Installation Warranty: Guarantees installation for 1 year; we’ll fix issues at no cost if due to our error.
Claims: To claim, contact us with proof of purchase and defect details. Defective products will be repaired or replaced per section 4.3.
After the first year, all service calls will be subject to a service fee.
7. Delivery Dates
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to manufacturing or shipping issues beyond our control. We’ll notify you of significant changes.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the product or service. We’re not responsible for indirect damages (e.g., loss of use).
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is used only to fulfill your order and won’t be shared with third parties unless required for that purpose.
10. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises (e.g., over cancellations or returns), we’ll first try to resolve it through negotiation. If that fails, disputes will proceed to mediation or binding arbitration per the American Arbitration Association’s rules. Contact us at hello@arizonablindscompany.com to start this process.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Arizona.
