Blinds and Shades Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage
● Lifetime Warranty: This applies to fabric bleaching and delamination.
● Lifetime Warranty: This covers all internal mechanisms, including cords and brackets.
● Limited Warranty: This applies to Arizona Blinds Company  motorization components from the date of purchase.

2. General Warranty Statement

Arizona Blinds Company extends a warranty on all custom-made products, guaranteeing that they are free from manufacturing defects in materials, mechanisms (cord locks and tilt gears), and components (brackets, wands, caps, etc.) that constitute the blind or shade. Should an Arizona Blinds Company custom-made product be found defective in materials or workmanship, Arizona Blinds Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product to conform with this warranty.

3. Variations and Discontinuations

Please note that color may vary between lots for some styles, and certain styles and colors may be periodically discontinued. For discontinued items, Arizona Blinds Company reserves the right to substitute the warranted product with the nearest color or style of equivalent or greater value. For current products, every effort will be made to match the existing style and color. If a warranted product cannot be repaired or replaced with the original style and color due to discontinuation, it will be replaced free of charge with the closest available product.

4. Validity and Procedure

This warranty is valid for all Arizona Blinds Company manufactured products. To obtain warranty service, the purchaser must return the damaged blind, along with the invoice and original sales receipt, to the Arizona Blinds Company office.

5. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover products that fail due to accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, misapplication, improper handling, improper installation, or fabric damage due to improper operation or cleaning. It excludes damage from animals or insects, normal wear and tear (including fraying, fading, or discoloration due to prolonged sunlight exposure), and damage from salt air. Loss of pleating is not covered if the product is not cycled (held in the raised position for a portion of the time).

6. Additional Costs

This warranty does not cover costs associated with warranty service, including transportation costs to and from our superstores, costs of removal, re-measurement, or re-installation of the product, or any incidental or consequential damages.

7. Legal Rights

This warranty provides specific legal rights and limitations, which may vary from state to state or province to province. No Arizona Blinds Company employee has the authority to increase or alter the obligations of this warranty. This warranty is non-transferable.

8. Notification Period

The purchaser has 30 days from the date of product pickup to notify Arizona Blinds Company if any slats, blinds, brackets, or any other portion of the order are missing. After this time frame, the order will be considered 100% delivered to the customer.
