Our Warranty at a Glance Your products are protected by the manufacturer’s warranty — many for a lifetime (see the schedule below). Your installation is backed by our one-year workmanship guarantee. We handle every manufacturer warranty claim for you, so you never deal with a factory. After your first year, service visits are a flat service-call fee — always quoted to you upfront before we schedule, so there are no surprises.

1. Workmanship Warranty

Arizona Blinds Company warrants to the original purchaser that all window treatment installation work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications, and will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of substantial completion. During this one-year period, Arizona Blinds Company will correct any installation-workmanship defect at no charge for labor or trip fees.

2. Product Warranty (Manufacturer)

The products Arizona Blinds Company sells are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for each brand and product type, as set out in the brand-specific schedule in Section 4. These manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and manufacturing under normal use; repair, replacement, or remake of the defective product is the sole remedy, and repairs will be made with like or similar parts. Manufacturer warranties cover the product only — they do not cover the labor, removal, reinstallation, shipping, or trip charges required to service the product. As a courtesy, Arizona Blinds Company will file and manage the manufacturer warranty claim on the customer’s behalf. To obtain warranty service, claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and a description of the problem, and the product must have been installed and maintained per Arizona Blinds Company’s and the manufacturer’s guidelines. Manufacturer warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable except where the brand-specific schedule states otherwise. Coverage applies to both residential and commercial/contract orders except where a specific brand’s warranty excludes commercial coverage (see Section 4).

3. Service-Call Fee After Year One

After the one-year workmanship warranty in Section 1 expires, any service visit requested by the customer is subject to a flat service-call fee at Arizona Blinds Company’s then-current rate. The applicable fee will be disclosed to the customer before the service visit is scheduled and is payable in advance. This fee covers the trip, diagnosis, and the labor to remove and reinstall the product. If the product is still within its applicable manufacturer warranty (Section 4), the replacement or repaired part is provided at no cost to the customer; if the product is outside its manufacturer warranty, parts are billed to the customer in addition to the service-call fee. The current service-call rate is available from Arizona Blinds Company on request.

4. Brand-Specific Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage varies by brand and product type and focuses on defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. All claims require proof of purchase. Covered parts are repaired or replaced at no cost during the applicable manufacturer warranty period; labor, trip, and shipping charges are governed by Sections 1 and 3.

5. Warranty Exclusions

  • Abuse, misuse, vandalism, accidents, or improper operation.
  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications made by anyone other than Arizona Blinds Company.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Arizona Blinds Company, or its brands, distributors, or retailers, be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, or for any loss of use, revenue, or profit, or any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense, or fee related to a product defect or installation issue. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
